GREENSBORO, NC – Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro is excited to announce the official consolidation of Habitat Reidsville and Habitat Greensboro, effective February 27, 2025.
This consolidation allows Habitat to better serve families in Reidsville, Rockingham County, and the Greensboro area, streamlining resources, expanding services, and enhancing our ability to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing to those in need. By bringing together our teams, volunteers, and community partnerships, we can make an even greater impact.
This is an incredible step forward in our mission to build homes, communities, and hope,” said David Kolosieke, President of Habitat Greensboro. “Our governing question throughout the process has been ‘can we build more together?’ Our resounding answer was ‘Yes!’ By combining forces, we are creating a stronger foundation to serve even more families and continue the life-changing work of affordable homeownership.
Residents and supporters can learn more about this transition and what it means for the local community by visiting HabitatGreensboro.org/Reidsville.
