Sheltering in place will save lives, but for many in our community, it’s not quite so straightforward. The uncertainty so many of us feel today, these families have felt for a lifetime — if not generations.

Thanks to your past support, hundreds of Habitat partner families in Greensboro have safe, stable homes during this crisis — families like Khalafalla, Najat, and their children (shown above), who will close on their own home this week. However, more families need your help.

We are asking for your support to help sustain our ministry through these uncertain times and help ensure that families in our local community can not only obtain, but maintain, safe and stable housing.

As the growing economic shock is putting households at risk of delinquency, your gift will allow us to maintain operations and stabilize losses from suspending retail and construction operations. We must get ahead of the crisis and help people stay in their homes.

Please consider any financial support possible and click here to give a gift online — providing continued support to our Habitat homeowners without interruption and helping to accelerate new home production and home repairs once the crisis lifts.

Thank you for your support. Working together in community, we will overcome the challenges ahead.

In partnership,
