Greensboro, NC – 11/4/2025 – Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro gathered volunteers, community partners, and supporters on Monday, November 4, to celebrate the start of construction on a new home for Amgad and Nusiba and their two children.

The kickoff event marked an important milestone for the family of four, who are beginning a new chapter filled with stability, security, and hope. The celebration reflected Habitat Greensboro’s ongoing mission to bring people together to build homes, communities, and brighter futures for local families.

During the event, Amgad and Nusiba expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to partner with Habitat Greensboro and the community to build their home.
“I thank you all for making this dream come true,” said Nusiba.
“We bless God and your support, there’s no words that could describe what we feel,” shared Amgad.
