every woman
has the power to build stronger communities
what is the women build giving society?
Women play a critical role in our community. We are caregivers, champions, and changemakers. Yet, many women experience significant barriers to homeownership. That is why Habitat Greensboro is launching the Women Build Giving Society – to bring together passionate community leaders to help fellow women build a better future for their families and communities. Women Build Giving Society members build houses, communities, and hope, both individually and as a group. By pooling our personal giving, members collectively sponsor and build local families’ homes, while gathering for quarterly networking and volunteering events to connect with like-minded women who share a passion for philanthropy and creating a lasting impact in the Greater Greensboro area.
