See Jessica and her daughters share their excitement firsthand in this special interview:

A Home for New Beginnings

Jessica is most excited about the opportunity to host family gatherings, watch her daughters decorate their rooms in their own unique way, and create lifelong traditions in their new home. “I can’t wait for my girls to have their own rooms, to make this space their own, and to let their personalities shine,” she shared.

For the girls, the excitement is just as real. “I’m over the moon excited!” one daughter exclaimed, while another expressed her joy at finally not having to share a room. The big backyard makes it even better. “We can’t wait to play outside and have our own space!”

The Power of Sweat Equity

Jessica’s journey to homeownership involved putting in sweat equity hours, where she gained hands-on experience in home maintenance. “You get to learn how to, what to, and what not to do with everyday things around the house,” she explained. This knowledge ensures she feels confident and prepared to care for her new home.
