To better support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope through increased access to affordable housing, Habitat Greensboro is reallocating our resources and closing our Habitat Greensboro ReStore effective May 4, 2024. We are thankful for the generous support of the local community over the past 23 years, as donations and purchases have helped fund partnerships with more than 350 local families to help them build safe, affordable housing in our community. Provided we have sufficient inventory, our store will remain open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. through May 4.

This increased focus on homeownership supports Habitat Greensboro’s significant growth and service to the community. This fiscal year, we will partner with 24 families to help them realize their dream of homeownership. Next fiscal year, we plan to extend that opportunity to 30 families. Ultimately, we seek to partner with 40 families each year.

Habitat Greensboro remains committed to building homes and strengthening communities, locally and worldwide. We look forward to sharing information soon regarding future plans for the ReStore building.
