Make a One-Time or Ongoing Donation

It’s easy to make your tax-deductible donation through our secure online system, by sending a check to our mailing address or by making a donation by phone. If your employer offers a Matching Gift program, when you contribute, you can double (and in some cases, triple) the amount of your gift! Ask your employer about this option.

When you donate, consider joining the Bellevue Society or Square Foot Club. By giving a gift that allows us to build capability, you can show how much you support and value Habitat’s work.

Sponsor a House

House sponsors contribute both financially to the costs of home construction and also provide volunteer support to build each home. It’s a great way to build a stronger team within your business or organization, and to show your group’s commitment to affordable housing in Greensboro. Plus, you’ll have a lot of fun along the way!

Full and partial sponsorships are available, and we can tailor the sponsorship to meet the needs of your organization or group.

When you donate to ReStore, you not only help build homes, you also help the environment by keeping usable items out of landfills. Learn more.

Donate Land

We can’t fulfill our mission of creating affordable housing in Greensboro without land to build upon. If you have land that you’d like to donate or sell at fair appraisal value, we’d love to talk with you. Contact our Development Team to let them know you are interested and a team member will follow up with you.

Donate a Vehicle

Have an unwanted car, truck, boat, RV or other vehicle? Donate it to Habitat’s Cars for Homes program and help a family build a home and the hope of a better life. Make Habitat a Part of Your Planned Giving

Give a Gift of Stocks or Bonds

A charitable gift of stocks or bonds provides an opportunity for you to save on taxes while sharing generously with others. If you’ve owned the stock for more than one year, you can deduct the full market value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid a capital gains tax on the appreciation.
